- 1/2 cup milk

- 3 tbsp cream
- 1 coal

- Heat oil and add cumin seeds and whole Garam masala and stir for a minute.
- Add chopped onions and saute till slightly golden in colour.
- Now add ginger garlic paste and chicken and cook on high flame stirring constantly till the smell of ginger-garlic goes away and your children is slightly golden in colour.
- Add chopped tomatoes and red chilli powder, coriander powder, black pepper powder and salt.
- Add whipped curd and cook till it dries away.
- Now add 1 cup water and cook chicken covered on slow heat.
- When chicken is cooked add chopped methi leaves and do not cover the Wok.
- Leave chicken on slow heat till oil leaves masala and your leaves are cooked too.
- Now add cream and Garam masala powder and leave it for another few minutes.
- If you prefer put the burning coal in gravy for smoky flavour.
