  1. Heat oil and add cumin seeds and whole Garam masala and stir for a minute.
  2. Add chopped onions and saute till slightly golden in colour.
  3. Now add ginger garlic paste and chicken and cook on high flame stirring constantly till the smell of ginger-garlic goes away and your children is slightly golden in colour.
  4. Add chopped tomatoes and red chilli powder, coriander powder, black pepper powder and salt.
  5. Add whipped curd and cook till it dries away.
  6. Now add 1 cup water and cook chicken covered on slow heat.
  7. When chicken is cooked add chopped methi leaves and do not cover the Wok.
  8. Leave chicken on slow heat till oil leaves masala and your leaves are cooked too.
  9. Now add cream and Garam masala powder and leave it for another few minutes.
  10. If you prefer put the burning coal in gravy for smoky flavour.
