  3. 1/4 cup sweetcorns
  4. 1 Tbsp mixed herbs
  5. 6-8 Black olives

  8. 1 tsp honey
  9. 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  10. 1 tsp soya sauce
  11. 1 tsp red chilli flakes
  12. 1 tsp garlic powder

  1. Wash the Beetroot and parboil. Peel and make 4 slices which should be 1” thick
  2. Chop olives fine, chop basil leaves fine
  3. To make the filling - in a bowl add cream cheese, dried oregano, dried basil, chopped basil leaves and chopped black olives. Mix well. Boil the sweetcorns and set aside.
  4. Roast the walnuts and coarsely crush
  5. For the dip - mix the soya sauce, apple cider vinegar, honey, chilli flakes, garlic powder and the dip is ready
  6. To make the sandwich - take one slice of Beetroot, add the cream cheese filling, add boiled sweetcorns a little and press another Beetroot slice. Plate it. On the sides add the roasted walnuts, add black olives. Plate with the dip
