- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup sweetcorns
- 1 Tbsp mixed herbs
- 6-8 Black olives
- 1/4 cup walnuts
- For Dip
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp soya sauce
- 1 tsp red chilli flakes
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions to make to make Beetroot Sandwich
- Wash the Beetroot and parboil. Peel and make 4 slices which should be 1†thick
- Chop olives fine, chop basil leaves fine
- To make the filling - in a bowl add cream cheese, dried oregano, dried basil, chopped basil leaves and chopped black olives. Mix well. Boil the sweetcorns and set aside.
- Roast the walnuts and coarsely crush
- For the dip - mix the soya sauce, apple cider vinegar, honey, chilli flakes, garlic powder and the dip is ready
