- Fry chicken and chilli in wok until lightly browned on high heat.

- Lower temp and add sauce, cook for a couple of minutes stirring well.
- Throw in noodles, sprouts,mint, spring onions and toasted peanuts- (set aside some onion and mint to garnish)mix well and heat through.
- Serve with a slice of lemon- garnish with some mint, spring onion and if you're really brave, some sliced chilli. Yuuuuum!! Serves around 4. Really really good- Enjoy!
