  6. Add 1 tbsp of garam masala and 1 tbsp chili powder and salt. stir for 5 mins on medium heat.
  7. Add 1/2 cup of water and cook for 2 mins.
  8. Cover the lid and let it cook for 20 mins.
  9. Serve with coriander or few spoonful of coconut milk (optional).
